The staff was friendly and helpful, attending to my needs promptly. my room was super clean, i really liked the modern design. the location was very convenient. I could easily walk to nearby attractions. i also liked that i had complimentary wine upon arrival.
the gym was a bit small, it needed more equipment to accommodate all guests wanting to exercise.

the heated pool located on the fourth floor was beautiful. part of it was under cover providing a shaded area for relaxation. there was a gym and spa available , very convenient.

i liked the proximity to the city center, only a short walk away. the location near the convention center was perfect! the building had good access to the waterfront. shops and restaurants were within walking distance.

i stayed in a two-bedroom apartment. it included three toilets and two baths. a functional kitchenette was available with a fridge, microwave, dishes, cutlery, and cookware. there were tvs in every bedroom and the living room.
the breakfast variety was limited. only one room card was provided. i needed the card to access floors and the carpark. it was inconvenient when my partner and i weren't together.

The layout of the room worked very well. the kitchenette was well-equipped. It made it easy to order food via delivery services. the room was spacious. The bed seemed super comfy.

the breakfast had a choice of cereals and yogurt. i could have coffee like americano, latte, or cappuccino. i could get main breakfast plates too. the breakfast spread was excellent.

the apartment had a very functional kitchenette. it included a fridge and microwave. breakfast offered a choice of cereals and yogurt.
the shower door didn't close properly, unfortunately. drainage was very slow in both the shower and sink.

the two-bedroom apartment had a spacious kitchen, it suited family dinners. wifi worked well and the tv was good.
The variety at breakfast was limited. Only one room card was available, it proved inconvenient.

The TV system was defective, and the cables hung out of the wall. The pool was unclean. I saw many insects in it. This was quite disappointing. I found that guests must carry their credit card with them, as there is no central payment system.
